MENTORSHIP ROUNDS
- Round 1: 10 Aug – 7 Sep (application opens till 31 Jul)
- Round 2: 28 Sep – 26 Oct
- Round 3: 1 Nov – 29 Nov
REGISTER BY 31 JULY
Week 1: Jumpstart (2-hour group classes)
- Kick off with 3 workshops, each led by a mentor specialising in:
- 🎬 Short-form Video
- 🎙 Vodcast
- 📲 Livestreaming
- You’ll pick the class that aligns with your current interest or experimental goal. Class sizes vary (some may be small and cosy, others more energetic).
Week 2 – 4: 1-on-1 Mentorship (20–30 mins per session)
- Each mentor will guide 5 – 6 mentees through tailored feedback and capstone project development, whether you’re polishing an idea, reworking your brand, or starting something totally new. This is your creative sandbox.
- 🖥️ All sessions will be conducted online (via Zoom/Google Meet). First-week classes may shift to in-person, more updates to come.
ELIGIBILITY
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) aged 15 to 35 (before 31 December 2025), residing in Singapore at the time of application.
- Able to commit to the full 4-week mentorship period of your selected round.
- Open to feedback, collaboration, and experimenting with content formats.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify and confirm each Applicant’s compliance with eligibility requirements. The Applicant may be required to submit further information to assist in the verification of eligibility.

Yan Wei Xiao Er is an experienced media personality who has been performing in front of the camera as a host on Radio, TV, and online, while leading video production, social media, and marketing teams at local media outlets for over 10 years, including Mediacorp, SPH Radio. He is currently an expert social media trainer with global academies, and is one of the top creators in Singapore creating content on @outcastssg @mysecrethacks and @yanweixiaoer, with more than 380k followers across these platforms.
