About the speaker:
Diane Chan is the Marketing Director at Warner Bros. Singapore Pte Ltd. Prior to joining the movie industry, she has over 10 years of marketing experience in the local Chinese pop music industry and the finance sector, working for companies such as Ocean Butterflies, Music Movement and American Express Cards. She joined Warner Bros in 2006 and has been promoting the Hollywood studio’s movies to Singapore audiences for the past 13 years, including last year’s successful hit CRAZY RICH ASIANS. Her “trial by fire” attitude and learning process has kept her on her toes in work and life, and she’s ever ready to move on to the next challenge.

“Crazy Rich Asians” follows native New Yorker Rachel Chu (Constance Wu) as she accompanies her longtime boyfriend, Nick Young (Henry Golding), to his best friend’s wedding in Singapore. Excited about visiting Asia for the first time but nervous about meeting Nick’s family, Rachel is unprepared to learn that Nick has neglected to mention a few key details about his life.
