Proudly brought to you by IMC Live Global x *SCAPE, LIVE THE BEAT is a dance competition focusing on the street dance genre to engage youths in the community.
LIVE THE BEAT will comprise of four stages: Open Call, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Grand Finals.
Winners will be evaluated by our panel of judges at all levels.
Duration of Competition
Jan 2022 – February 2022
Open Call: NOW – 25th January 2022 (submission through this registration form)
Quarter-Finals: 5th February 2022 (compete with teams at *SCAPE The Ground Theatre)
Semi-Finals: 12th February 2022 (compete with teams at *SCAPE The Ground Theatre)
Finals: 26th February 2022 (compete with teams at *SCAPE The Ground Theatre)
Prizes
Winner: S$10,000 Cash Prize
1st Runner Up: S$5,000 Cash Prize
2nd Runner Up: S$3,000 Cash Prize

Judging Criteria
All submissions will be reviewed by our panel of judges with the following criteria:
a. Musicality
b. Technique & Execution
c. Presentation
d. Teamwork & Choreography
e. Originality & Creativity
Participation Requirements
Have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 members
All members must be 16 – 35 years old from the date of application. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the necessary consent from their parents/legal guardians before participating in this competition.
Unless otherwise stated by IMC Live Global, participants are to be responsible for the expenses incurred during or in relation to the competition.
How to Participate
Participation is free. To enter the competition, contestants must complete and submit this form by 25 Jan 2022, 2359 (Thursday). Audition video must be less than 3 minutes long, uploaded to YouTube. Please provide the YouTube link when submitting this form (video must be “Unlisted” on YouTube). Please note that incomplete/erroneous forms may affect the outcome of your entry.
Participants have to log in to their Google accounts in order to submit this form. Only participants who have qualified for the Open Call will be contacted. All further communication will take place between IMC Live Global and the respective team leader.
