In celebration of the World Hospice and Palliative Care Day in October, Singapore Hospice Council is reaching out to young adults through various forms of creative arts during “Voices of My HeART”. Highlights include a virtual reality experience to hospices, song competition, dance performance, movie screening & panel discussion, and more. All members of the public are welcome to obtain useful resources about palliative care and caregiving support and have the opportunity to interact with our healthcare professionals. See you there!
