Ever wondered how YouTubers create such amazing content and the thoughts and work that goes on behind the scenes? Join us to find out more! Participants stand a chance to create their own short film with Sony too!

GOING UNSCRIPTED WITH OUR GRANDFATHER STORY

Shooting unscripted content is a huge challenge: not only do you need to think on your feet, and yet be prepared for what is going to happen next, you also need equipment that are equally versatile to adapt to every situation. Join Jia Hui and Benjamin from Our Grandfather Story, as they share their experiences of shooting on-the-fly, how to avoid surprises, and how the right equipment will come in handy even if it’s spontaneous! There will be a segment of hands on with the Sony FX3 Cameras too!

Benjamin Neo is a Video Journalist and residential tech geek at Our Grandfather Story. As a documentary filmmaker, he’s filmed in over 10 countries for clients like Tourism Fiji and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland.

Having directed and written countless short films and mini movies on Butterworks, Lun has touched the heartstrings of many with his stories and visuals in filmmaking. As co-founder of Butterworks and Amarepixels, and an adjunct lecturer, he believes in educating the next generation to evoke emotions through film.
