No, each individual is allowed to hold only one active *SCAPE Wildcard membership account.

Currently, SCAPE Wildcard membership is issued to individuals only.
Corporates, organisations or groups should contact *SCAPE separately for partnerships or collaborations. You may email enquiries@scape.sg for collaboration opportunities.

*SCAPE Wildcard membership is non-transferable and cannot be suspended. It is strictly for use by the registered member only.

Log in to your account at scape.sg and click on the profile icon at the top of the page. Your digital membership card can be found under “My Account”. Alternatively, you may access your card via the *SCAPE Wildcard App.

No, *SCAPE Wildcard is a fully digital membership.

No, *SCAPE Wildcard membership does not have an expiry date and remains active unless terminated by the member.

Members may qualify for the Volunteer badge by completing at least four volunteering sessions with *SCAPE within a calendar year. The badge will be reflected in the members’ profile upon successful verification.

The YCN badge is awarded to members who are officially registered under the Youth Community Network.

Badges will be reflected in the member’s profile upon completion of eligibility checks. Members are advised to allow time for the verification process.

You can earn points by participating in eligible *SCAPE programmes or events, making qualifying purchases at participating *SCAPE merchants or partners, or taking part in selected campaigns or activities. You can refer to the section on ‘How to Earn Points’.

• Events and Programmes
Only ticketed events purchased through scape.sg are eligible. Members must be logged into their *SCAPE Wildcard account at the point of purchase.

• Participating merchants/partners at *SCAPE
Members must upload a clear image of the official receipt to their account by the following calendar day. Receipt verification may take at least five (5) working days.

Points may be missing or delayed due to receipt submission issues, ongoing verification, ineligible transactions or system-related errors.

Please email membership@scape.sg with your member number and transaction(s) details for assistance within (1) week upon purchase date.

Receipt may be rejected if the image is unclear, cropped, faded or missing key details such as store name, date or amount.
Only official store receipts are accepted. Bank transfer screenshots and credit card slips are not valid. Points are calculated based on the final net amount stated on the receipt.

Subscribe to the *SCAPE mailing list to receive updates on priority booking, early bird specials and other member-exclusive benefits.

Booking can be made directly through *SCAPE venue booking system when you log into your account. Booking is subject to availability, eligibility and *SCAPE’s prevailing venue booking policies.

A booking is confirmed only after the selected slot is successfully reserved in the system and payment has been completed, where applicable.

No. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after approval by *SCAPE and successful payment, where applicable.

If the venue, date or time slot is unavailable, you may submit your interest through the waitlist in the booking system, subject to availability.

Members on the waitlist will be notified where feasible if a slot becomes available. Confirmation is subject to timely response and fulfilment of booking requirements.

Venue bookings are assessed based on factors such as availability, suitability of use, operational requirements and compliance with *SCAPE’s venue policies. *SCAPE reserves the right to allocate venues at its discretion.

Yes. *SCAPE reserves the right to amend, cancel or reallocate venue bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, operational needs or non-compliance with booking terms.

Yes. All venue bookings are subject to venue-specific rules, Conditions of Entry, safety requirements and any additional terms imposed by *SCAPE management.

Members who wish to delete their *SCAPE Wildcard membership account may submit a request by emailing membership@scape.sg using their registered email address.

All account deletion requests are subject to verification. *SCAPE reserves the right to request additional information to confirm the identity of the member before processing the request.

Once an account deletion request is approved and processed:
• The membership account will be permanently deactivated
• Access to the digital membership card will be removed
• All accumulated points, badges, and rewards will be forfeited
• Deleted accounts cannot be reinstated

Members are advised to ensure that they wish to proceed before submitting an account deletion request.

*SCAPE Wildcard Membership Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms of *SCAPE Wildcard Membership

1.1 By applying for and registering as a *SCAPE Wildcard member via the mobile application or website, the applicant agrees to *SCAPE’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and these Membership Terms and Conditions. Application for membership constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.

1.2 The Terms of Use govern access to and use of the *SCAPE mobile application and website, while these Terms and Conditions apply specifically to participation in the *SCAPE Wildcard membership programme.

1.3 *SCAPE Co., Ltd. (“*SCAPE”) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend or terminate any membership application or account without the obligation to provide reasons.

1.4 Each *SCAPE Wildcard membership account is issued to an individual only. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.

1.5 Membership registration will require sign up via Singpass verification, in accordance with *SCAPE Co. Ltd.’s Data Protection Policy, the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth’s (MCCY) data collection and governance, where applicable.

1.6 *SCAPE Wildcard membership is free of charge and does not have an expiry date unless terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1.7 Membership points are subject to expiry and cannot be suspended, extended, reinstated or carried forward once expired.

1.8 The Singpass account and email address used during registration cannot be changed after successful sign-up. Member may write in to membership@scape.sg to request for change. Request may be subject to verification with valid document.

1.9 A member’s date of birth cannot be amended after registration. Requests for amendment must be submitted to membership@scape.sg with valid documentary proof and are subject to *SCAPE’s approval.

1.10 *SCAPE reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or replace any membership benefits, privileges, features or structures at any time without prior notice.

1.11 *SCAPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership account if there is a breach of these Terms of Use, Membership Terms and Conditions, conditions of sale of tickets, programme conditions or any prevailing laws.

1.12 Should *SCAPE discontinue the *SCAPE Wildcard membership programme due to unforeseen circumstances, members will be notified where feasible.

1.13 All personal data collected from *SCAPE Wildcard members will be handled in accordance with *SCAPE Co. Ltd.’s Data Protection Policy.

2. Eligibility and Structure

2.1 *SCAPE Wildcard membership is open to 15 years old and above.

2.2 While membership is open to 15 years old and above, *SCAPE programmes and events are typically catered for youth aged 15 to 35, in line with *SCAPE’s youth-centric objectives.

2.3 Certain programmes, events or benefits may be subject to additional eligibility criteria, including age restrictions, which will be stated where applicable.
2.4 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active membership account only.

3. Badges and Recognition

3.1 *SCAPE may award badges to recognise participation or contribution, including but not limited to:
• Youth Community Network (YCN) badge
• Volunteer badge
3.2 The YCN badge applies to members officially registered under YCN Singapore and does not have an expiry date, unless otherwise stated.
3.3 The Volunteer badge applies to members who meet *SCAPE’s volunteer eligibility criteria and does not have an expiry date, unless otherwise stated.
3.4 Badge eligibility criteria, validity and associated benefits may be amended by *SCAPE from time to time.
3.5 Badges will only be reflected in the member’s account after eligibility checks and verification are completed.

4. Points

4.1 Points earned will expire one (1) year from the date of accrual, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Points may be earned through participation in eligible *SCAPE programmes or events, qualifying purchases at participating *SCAPE merchants or partners or selected campaigns or activities.
4.3 Points accumulated are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.
4.4 As part of the *SCAPE Wildcard membership benefits, eligible badge holders and members celebrating their birthday month may enjoy bonus or multiplier points, subject to prevailing programme rules.
4.5 *SCAPE reserves the right to revoke, deduct or adjust points credited if misuse, fraud, misconduct or a breach of these Terms and Conditions of *SCAPE Wildcard membership.
4.6 *SCAPE reserves the right to amend points awarded, redemption mechanics or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.

5. Ticket Privileges

5.1 All ticket purchases made by *SCAPE Wildcard members are subject to *SCAPE’s prevailing Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Where applicable, membership ticket privileges will be made available via scape.sg.
5.3 Members may purchase up to four (4) tickets per event at membership prices, subject to availability and event-specific quotas.
5.4 Members must log in using email address registered to their *SCAPE Wildcard membership account at the point of purchase for spending to be tracked.
5.5 Ticketing spend refers to the total amount spent on tickets for *SCAPE organised or collaborated events within one (1) year from the membership start date, excluding booking and processing fees.
5.6 Tickets purchased via third-party platforms not ticketed by *SCAPE will not be eligible for ticketing spend accumulation.
5.7 Ticket purchases and event attendance are subject to the Conditions of Entry applicable to each event and venue. Members and ticket holders must comply with all event requirements, venue rules and instructions issued by *SCAPE or authorised personnel. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund or compensation.

6. Members’ Events and Activities

6.1 Registration for members’ events must be made using the same email address linked to the membership account.
6.2 Members are required to present a valid digital membership card for verification.
6.3 Members must be present for the events or activities that they have successfully registered.
6.4 *SCAPE Wildcard members’ events and activities are subject to limited capacity and availability. Successful registration is required.
6.5 For non-complimentary events, registration will be confirmed only upon successful payment and is subject to availability.
6.6 Registered *SCAPE Wildcard members events and activities are non-transferable.

7. Promotions and Benefits

7.1 Members must present a valid *SCAPE Wildcard membership digital card to enjoy promotions that do not require points at participating *SCAPE merchants and/or partners.
7.2 Promotions requiring points can be redeemed through *SCAPE App.
7.3 Membership promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers or privilege cards unless otherwise stated.
7.4 Prices indicated may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
7.5 Merchants’ and partners’ terms and conditions apply.
7.6 Third-party benefits, where applicable, are available only at selected merchants and on selected products or services. Such benefits are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice. *SCAPE is not responsible for the performance, quality or fulfilment of any third-party goods, services or offers.

8. Venue Booking and Waitlist

8.1 Venue bookings by *SCAPE Wildcard members must be made through the designated *SCAPE venue booking system and are subject to availability, eligibility and *SCAPE’s prevailing venue booking policies and requirements.
8.2 Where a venue, date or time slot is available in the booking system, the booking may be secured upon successful completion of the booking process and payment, where applicable. Submission of a venue booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon *SCAPE’s approval and successful payment, where applicable.
8.3 Where a venue, date or time slot is fully booked, members may register to be placed on a waitlist. Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee availability or confirmation of a booking.
8.4 *SCAPE reserves the right to manage venue allocations, including prioritisation, amendment or reallocation of bookings, where necessary due to operational requirements, suitability of use, event nature or other relevant considerations.
8.5 Members on the waitlist will be notified if a slot becomes available. Notification will be provided where feasible and confirmation is subject to the member’s timely response and fulfilment of booking requirements. Any offered slot remains subject to completion of the booking process and payment within the stipulated timeframe.
8.6 *SCAPE reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or reallocate venue bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, operational needs or non-compliance with booking terms or venue rule.
8.7 All venue bookings are subject to venue-specific rules, Conditions of Entry, safety requirements and any additional terms imposed by *SCAPE management.

9. Account Deletion and Data Retention

9.1 Members may request account deletion by emailing membership@scape.sg using their registered email address with membership details.
9.2 Account deletion requests are subject to identity verification.
9.3 Upon deletion:
9.3.1 The account will be permanently deactivated
9.3.2 All points, badges, rewards and privileges will be forfeited
9.3.3 Deleted accounts cannot be reinstated
9.4 Personal data may be retained for a reasonable period where required for legal, regulatory, audit or administrative purposes.

10. System Availability and Errors

10.1 *SCAPE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to membership systems or platforms.
10.2 *SCAPE shall not be liable for any loss or delay arising from system downtime, technical issues, maintenance or third-party service disruptions.
10.3 *SCAPE reserves the right to correct any system errors affecting points, benefits or records.

11. Misuse, Fraud and Abuse

11.1 Members must not engage in misuse, fraud or abuse of the membership programme, including but not limited to submitting false information or fraudulent receipts.
11.2 *SCAPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected misuse and revoke associated benefits without compensation.

12. Communications

12.1 Members consent to receive communications relating to membership administration, benefits, programmes and updates.
12.2 Members are responsible for ensuring contact details remain accurate.
12.3 *SCAPE shall not be responsible for missed communications due to outdated or incorrect contact information.
