Job Title Assistant Manager
Duration 2 years contract (renewable)

 Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Work with Supervisor to identify and create programmes, events and platforms which includes workshops, masterclasses, webinars, mentorship initiatives and award ceremonies to reach target audience and youth communities in the media & entertainment landscape (film, content creation, podcast, editorial)
  • Craft detailed proposals for assigned programmes, including timelines, content curation, vendors, resource planning and budgets
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders such as sponsors, vendors, IHLs, industry partner, community groups and leaders to facilitate the smooth management of *SCAPE media and entertainment programmes
  • Project administration and management, including onsite execution and delivery of programme
  • Conceptualise and develop captivating and shareable creative ideas that Inform, Inspire, Entertain and Educate for social media platforms
  • Create and manage social media calendar aligned with content and distribution strategy
  • Plan and optimise marketing channels and ad budget
  • Perform any other professional work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Supervisor


  • Degree in any media or business-related discipline
  • Highly motivated and self-starter
  • 3 – 5 years of professional marketing experience of which 2+ years of experience in a media environment is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time –to deliver results on time
