1. What is Nas Academy?

Nas Academy is the brain child of Nuseir Yassin of Nas Daily. Nas Daily videos have been seen more than 6 billion times.

2. What will I learn?

The course is unique – high energy, hard work and lots of fun. You will be equipped with knowledge on how to script, film, edit and present. No boring theory, this is about doing, experiencing and communicating. Some of the things you will learn through the course is

    – Scripting and Storytelling

    – Shooting video

    – Video editing

    – Publishing your story

3. How do I apply?

Complete the form here! Send us a video telling us why you want to enroll, your experience as a content creator and your future plans after the course. We’ll choose the most passionate creators!

4. Who can apply?

The course is open for Singaporean citizens/ PRs in the age group of 15-35. We welcome people who have a flair for telling stories – experience is optional. Nas Academy has trained people with  experience with photography and making videos and plenty of those who don’t!

The cut-off date for application is Jan 29th, 11:59 pm SGT.

5. What equipment do I need to have?

    – Any digital camera will do or even your smartphone.

    – Lots of time – Please set aside time to do your course and make your videos!

6. How much time should I set aside for the course?

Short answer: 12 hours per week. The beginner’s course is 4 weeks and the advanced is 2 weeks.

Long answer: Each week has 2 classes. Each class is 2 hours long, plus 1 hour of community time. Plus, we’ll have 2 digital labs, 1 hour each, where we get together and see if there’s any questions. Aaaaand don’t forget to set time aside to work on your projects. So, in total, around 12 hours per week!

7. Will Nas teach?

Unfortunately, Nas is not going to be teaching your course. However, we have an amazing team of Superstar Trainers and Superstar Coaches who are high energy humans who love to help people make incredible videos. Nas has been known to make a special appearance from time-to-time.

9. Will I make videos throughout the course?

Yes! In the course you’ll make 3 videos!

10. What happens after the course is over?

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate endorsed by *SCAPE and Nas Academy. Meanwhile, the learning doesn’t stop! You will have a 1 month mentorship with your trainer for feedback and guidance. And not only that! We’ll keep in touch through facebook and whatsapp and keep you updated. And you could even make videos for *SCAPE!
