Established in 2009 by the Institute of Mental Health under Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH). CHAT is a dedicated mental health service for young people aged 16 to 30. We provide timely, specialised mental health support in a safe and inclusive space, ensuring that young people receive the care they need..
You can think of us as Singapore’s “AAA” battery for youth mental health. Essentially, we are a group of healthcare professionals dedicated to promote:
Awareness of mental health; Access to mental health resources; and to Assess, by providing a personalized and confidential mental health assessment for young persons between 16 and 30 years old.
