House Opening

• House will open 30 minutes before showtime.
• Seating is on a first come, first served basis. No seat reservations allowed.
• Please arrive early and have your e-tickets ready for QR code scanning at the entrance for a smooth entry process.

No Professional Equipment Photography and/or Filming Policy

• To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all performers and guests, *SCAPE has a strict no unauthorised photography and/or filming policy.
• This includes (but is not limited to):
  • Professional cameras (including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, telephoto or zoom lenses)
  • Camcorders
  • Tripods, Monopods, Gimbals, and Selfie Sticks
  • Any rigged setup used for photograhpy, filming or livestreaming
  • Usage of flash equipment
• Mobile photography and videography are permitted only when handheld and without the use of tripods, monopods, gimbals, or selfie sticks.
• Only *SCAPE-authorised media personnel with official accreditation or lanyard are permitted to use such equipment.

*SCAPE reserves the right to:

• Request that any unauthorised photography and/or filming cease immediately.
• Review footage and photos taken during the event.
• Ask individuals to delete footage/photos taken during the event.
• Escort non-compliant individuals out of the event.
