Dance Dance Hallyu: 2026 K-Pop World Festival - Singapore Preliminary Round

• Registration Period: 7 April – 9 May 2026
• Qualifiers & Result Announcement: Saturday, 16 May 2026, 9AM – 7PM
• Finals & K-POP Random Play Dance: Saturday, 27 June 2026, Timing TBC

1. Internationally recognised groups that are under the Korean entertainment companies are allowed (e.g. XG, KATSEYE). 

2. The performance must use the official choreography and version of the song.

This includes: 

• No mashups 

• No cuts 

• No self-made remixes 

• No custom intros 

• No inserted dance breaks 

• No self-choreography 

• No edited transitions 

3. The only exception is if the exact version, including remix or alternate arrangement, is officially released by the artist/company on recognised streaming platforms (this is to align with Changwon’s audition standards).  

This includes: 

• Official remixes 

• MV versions with built-in dance breaks 

• Artist-released alternate versions 

• Additional choreography only if it is part of the artist’s official released version 

Not accepted audio sources: 

• Live stages 

• Award show versions 

• Special stages 

• Fan edits 

• Self-created choreography additions 

4. For group choreography, only a -1/+1 member is allowed 

• E.g. A 7-member team may cover a 6, 7, or 8-member choreography only. 

5. Members are not allowed to join multiple teams in this Qualifiers. 

Failure to comply to these rules will result in disqualification.
