General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the “Exams are Over, Let’s Celebrate! Enjoy a Free Treat at *SCAPE!” Free Treat.

• This Free Treat is open exclusively to students who present a valid school uniform or student ID at the point of redemption on 30 September 2026.
• Each eligible student may redeem one (1) free item from each participating tenant below and up to 4 items in total if redeeming from all participating tenants:

• This Free Treat is valid on 30 September 2026 only, while stocks last.
• Redemption is available only via dine-in/walk-in at the respective participating tenant’s outlet at *SCAPE, and excludes orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (e.g. GrabFood).
• Redemption is subject to the tenant’s operating hours on the promotion date, and may be subject to queues, limited quantities, or temporary pauses at the tenant’s discretion.
• Items are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, and/or vouchers at the respective outlet, unless otherwise stated.
• In the event a specific item is out of stock, the participating tenant reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative item of similar value.
• While reasonable efforts will be made to verify eligibility, *SCAPE Co., Ltd. and participating tenants are unable to fully track or prevent multiple redemptions by the same individual at the same outlet; this clause is stated here as the governing limit.
• Participating tenant staff reserve the final discretion to verify eligibility and may refuse redemption in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent claims.
• *SCAPE Co., Ltd. and participating tenants will not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of this offer.
• All information is correct at the time of publishing. *SCAPE Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, including redemption mechanics, participating tenants, and availability of the offer, without prior notice.
• *SCAPE Co., Ltd.’s decision on all matters relating to this Free Treat is final.
