LOCK IN AT *SCAPE!

• Operating Hours: The study space will be open from 9AM – 10PM on 20 Sep 2026 (Sun).
• Walk-in Only: Reservations, advance bookings and seat-holding arrangements are not permitted. Reserving seats for individuals who have not yet arrived is not permitted.
• Unattended Belongings: Personal belongings must not be left unattended to reserve seats. Items left unattended for more than 30 minutes may be removed by *SCAPE staff or Security.
• Use of Study Space: Users may utilise the study space for extended periods during operating hours, subject to seat availability and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Capacity Limits: Access to the study space is subject to venue capacity. Students may use other available tables and chairs around *SCAPE as an alternative when seats are unavailable.

• Quiet Atmosphere: Please maintain a quiet and conducive environment. Keep conversations and other noise to a minimum and be considerate of others who are studying nearby.
• Approved Activities: The study space is intended strictly for studying, learning, reading, research and other quiet individual work. Activities that may disrupt other users are not permitted.
• Food and Drinks: Consumption of hot food, heavy meals and food with strong odours is not permitted. Only plain water and drinks in covered or spill-proof containers are allowed.
• Furniture Arrangement: Tables, chairs and other furniture must not be moved, rearranged or removed from their designated positions.
• Additional Furniture and Seating: Users must not bring foldable chairs, stools or other seating into the study space, and study activities must not be conducted on the floor, walkways or circulation areas.
• Use of Facilities: Users must use all furniture, equipment and facilities with care and for their intended purpose. Any damage caused by misuse may be subject to further action.
• Reporting of Faults: Please report any faulty or damaged facilities, such as broken tables, chairs or other amenities, to Security promptly. Users should not attempt to repair or modify any facilities themselves.
• Consideration for Others: Users must not engage in behaviour that may cause inconvenience, disturbance or discomfort to other users.

• Keep the Space Clean: Users are responsible for keeping the study space clean and tidy throughout their use. Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins before leaving.
• Return the Space to Its Original Condition: Please leave the study space, tables, chairs and other facilities in the same condition and arrangement as when you arrived.
• Personal Belongings: Please do not leave valuables or personal belongings unattended. *SCAPE is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left in the study space.
• Study Materials: Users are responsible for bringing and managing their own study materials and equipment. *SCAPE does not provide study materials for use within the study space.
• Damage to Property: Users may be held responsible for any loss or damage to *SCAPE property or facilities resulting from improper use, negligence or deliberate actions.

• Users are required to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as any instructions given by *SCAPE staff or Security.
• *SCAPE reserves the right to ask users who fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions to leave the study space.
• *SCAPE reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the study space for users who repeatedly breach these Terms & Conditions or misuse the facilities.
• Where the study space is at full capacity, users may utilise other publicly accessible tables and seating areas within *SCAPE, subject to the applicable rules governing those areas.

By using the study space, users acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
