• Registration Period: 23 April – 2 June 2025
• Qualifier Round & Result Announcement: Saturday, 14 June 2025, 9AM – 7PM
• Finals: Saturday, 19 July 2025, 3PM – 6PM

House Opening

• The house will open 30 minutes before showtime.
• Seating is on a first come, first served basis. No seat reservations allowed.\
• Please arrive early and have your e-tickets ready for QR code scanning at the entrance for a smooth entry process.

No professional equipment is allowed.

No Professional Equipment Photography and/or Filming Policy
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all performers and guests, Dance Dance Hallyu has a strict no unauthorised photography and/or filming policy.
This includes (but is not limited to):

• Professional cameras (including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, telephoto or zoom lenses)
• Camcorders
• Tripods, Monopods, Gimbals, and Selfie Sticks
• Any rigged setup used for photograhpy, filming or livestreaming
• Usage of flash equipment

Only *SCAPE-authorised media personnel with official accreditation or lanyard are permitted to use such equipment

*SCAPE reserve the right to:

• Request that any unauthorised photography and/or filming cease immediately
• Review footage and photos taken during the event
• Ask individuals to delete footage/photos taken during the event
• Escort non-compliant individuals out of the event
