IN GOOD COMPANY x Cheryl Tan

Project Title: In Tandem

IN GOOD COMPANY marks its 10th anniversary at ION Orchard with a poetic installation in collaboration with visual artist Cheryl Tan.

In this kinetic installation, fabric becomes both canvas and storyteller—cut and sewn into interlocking chains that move as a timeless undulating form, a rhythm of connections made visible.

Animated by a motor and a meticulous weave of monofilament lines, the sculpture breathes with a gentle, mechanical pulse, its fluid motions echoes the hands of the maker and the lives of its wearers.

In this choreography, cloth transforms into memory, continuity, and change. Its movements weaves ten years into a living sculpture. Soft and precise. Tender yet exacting. In Tandem embodies the paradox of craft in motion: a living sculpture where design, rhythm, and artistry converge in the endless cycle of becoming.

Brand Name: IN GOOD COMPANY

Founded in 2013, IN GOOD COMPANY began with a bold vision: to create a label that balances contemporary design with classic appeal, showcasing everyday silhouettes elevated with unexpected details.

Deeply rooted in Singapore’s cultural identity, the brand supports local artisans and talents while fostering creativity and collaboration. Its flagship store at ION Orchard is more than just a retail space-it is a lifestyle destination complete with a cafe and event space, designed to build a sense of community and connection; and hopes to inspire future generations by championing craftsmanship and the artistry of fashion.

Moleskine x The Other Workroom

Project Title: ODD Notes

ODD Notes invites the visitors to encounter the notebook not as a finished object, but as an open question—an artifact always in the process of becoming, inviting dialogue, interpretation, and play. This project examines how reconfiguring the familiar form of a classic Moleskine® can transform note-taking from a solitary, inward act into something dialogical—an ambi-logue.

Through a series of studio-led experiments, presented alongside four curated makes, visitors are invited to observe how the shape and structure of a Moleskine® guide its use, and how design choices shape the way we engage with and understand these objects.

In these reimagined notebooks, subtle manipulations of structure, surface, and binding turn them into instruments of exchange—objects that do more than hold thoughts. They invite interaction, spark conversation, and offer new possibilities for engagement, demonstrating how design can reshape not only the form of an object but the very way we relate to it.

Brand Name: Moleskine

The Moleskine notebook is the heir and successor to the legendary notebook used by artists and thinkers over the past two centuries: among them Vincent Van Gogh, Ernest Hemingway and Bruce Chatwin. Today, Moleskine offers an eco-system of objects which fuel creative practice.

The 1872 Clipper Tea Co x Grace Kwok

Project Title: A Journey in Every Cup

The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. presents a collaboration with local artist Grace Kwok, bringing our story to life through a sustainable cup sleeve designed exclusively for our teabars. The illustration, in our signature calming blue, reflects the heart of our brand – calmness, trust, and the journeys of tea across the seas to Singapore.

Grace’s artwork draws inspiration from our heritage: tea leaves carefully handpicked at origin, journeyed across oceans on clipper ships, and finally brewed fresh with craft and care in every cup. The flowing waves and ship at sea represent our history of sourcing the world’s finest teas, while the brewing and sharing scenes remind us that tea is timeless – a ritual of connection and comfort.

More than just packaging, this sleeve is an invitation to pause. At our teabars, we hope guests find a moment of stillness in their day, reconnecting with themselves and others through the simple yet meaningful ritual of tea. Through this collaboration, we continue to champion not only specialty tea, but also the mindful experiences that surround it.

Brand Name: The 1872 Clipper Tea Co.

We are Singapore’s oldest tea producer, blender and retailer, offering farm-to-cup specialty teas for over 150 years. The brand is dedicated to sourcing the finest teas from all corners of the world.

At the heart of every cup is a promise: only the finest leaves, carefully selected from the world’s most renowned tea gardens. Crafted for the curious palate, our teas invite discovery—of new origins, unique terroirs, and unexpected pairings that reimagine tradition.
