“I love to create opportunities for people to discover their passion and foster the right environment for their passion to thrive. Many of us do not discover our passion until late in life. My hope is to support more people in their journey to discover themselves so that they can create more value for themselves and the organisations that they are part of.

I am thankful that through Trifam and now Hide & Seek, we are able to champion the TomoWork Initiative with Sumitomo Life to empower Persons With Dreams to seek out the hidden talents of persons with disabilities through innovation and collaboration.
