The Safe Circle programmes are complimentary programmes for parents, teachers, young adults, and helping professionals. As a participant in the programme, you will learn what trauma is, its prevalence in Singapore, how it affects you and you can integrate trauma-informed care into your work and life.

Eugene Yeo facilitates artmaking sessions to promote mental wellness in the community, particularly for youth and young adults. With an understanding of various modalities such as art, play, movement and narratives, he uses intermodal artmaking process as a way for participants to develop self-awareness and encourage healthy expression of feelings. He also coordinates programs with volunteers and artists to bring arts programmes to SAMH beneficiaries and members of public

Singapore Association for Mental Health
Joline Chan specializes in designing and facilitating music and art programmes for youths at SAMH Creative SAY!, as part of her work in mental health prevention and rehabilitation. She uses different creative modalities and media to encourage expression of feelings and moods that may be difficult to convey through words. She has a B.A in Communication design from Glasgow school of Arts (SIT) and also prior art teaching experiences at various art studios.

Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) has been uplifting lives in Singapore’s mental health community since 1968. Our beneficiaries include youths, adults and seniors. We are here at every step of their journey to wellness while also providing emotional and practical support to their families and caregivers.
