Jacqueline Chua Jacqueline Chua
Country Chair, Inspiring Girls

A leader in finance and the non-profit sector. She is the Country Chair of Inspiring Girls Singapore, promoting female role models for girls to build confidence and achieve their ambitions. She is also the Membership Chair of FWA Singapore and has spent 21 years promoting the advancement and recognition of women in finance. Jacqueline is a board member of Catholic Junior College and was previously a board member of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organization. With 28 years of experience in banking, she has held leadership positions in UBS, RBS Coutts, ABN AMRO, Citibank, and Allianz Global Investors. She is complemented by a strong track record in business development, including starting up distribution businesses for Allianz Global Investors and ABN AMRO before her private banking career with UBS and Coutts.

Priya Priya Dewan
Founder, Gig Life Pro

With 18+ years of industry experience, the last 10 of which working in the APAC markets, Priya Dewan founded Gig Life Pro to utilize her broad network and knowledge of the global music business to help the music industry grow their business globally. Prior to returning to Asia, Priya spent 8+ years in New York, eventually running UK-based Warp Records for North America where she was recognized as Billboard’s 30 Under 30 Power Players. She was recognized again in 2021 and 2022 by Billboard as an International Power Player. Priya returned to Singapore in 2011 to launch her booking agency Feedback Asia, touring artists like CHVRCHES, Flying Lotus, James Blake, Yuna, Bicep and others across the region. Most recently, Priya served as VP of International Marketing APAC and MD of Southeast Asia and South Korea for The Orchard, where she was responsible for signing and managing The Orchard’s priority labels and artists in the region, including BTS (KR), JYP Entertainment (KR), DPR (KR), James Reid (PH), MTP-E (VN), Shigga Shay (SG) and more. She has facilitated or spoken on conference panels at All That Matters (Singapore), MU:CON (Seoul), EMC (Syd), GMAs (Taipei), Sound of the Xity (Beijing), Primavera Pro (Barcelona), CMJ (New York), SXSW (Austin).

Emma Fung Emma Fung
COO and MD, Branded

Emma entered the Asian media scene in 1995 negotiating contracts for the CNBC Business News channel. Following a strong belief that servicing is key to results-driven partnerships, she soon moved to run the Affiliate Marketing in Asia-Pacific once deals were done so she could focus on growth. Emma then spent 7 years in business news publishing as Business Development Manager and Regional Marketing Director for BusinessWeek magazine and led a team across 13 territories as Circulation Sales Director for The Asian Wall Street Journal and Far Eastern Economic Review. She has run a business development and client servicing team at independent branding agency Stepworks, refreshed brand and Investor communications for investment firm, Allard Partners, coordinated The Spikes in Bali in 2006/7 for Haymarket Asia where she also later served as Group Publishing Head, put pen to paper as editor-at-large for the Peninsula magazine, is a director of spa business The Feel Good Factor and sailed non stop round Britain in a yacht. At home now with content and events company Branded since 2015, Emma oversees the operations team, HR and finance for the live events Branded produces around the world and is the Executive Producer of female festival It’s a Girl Thing. She hopes to remain versatile, positive and curious in all that she does. And to adopt a rescue donkey one day.

Kathyteo Kathy Teo
Founder & CEO of Xpointo Media

As an out and proud business leader, Kathy has been promoting LGBT+ D&I throughout her career as a marketer and entrepreneur. Since 2017, her company Xpointo has been a corporate sponsor of Pink Dot. As a business leader, Kathy works with the Red Dot for Pink Dot campaign to advocate for other businesses to sponsor Pink Dot in order to promote greater understanding, inclusion and acceptance of the LGBT+ community in Singapore. Kathy is a member of the Alliance, an invitation-only working group of senior global C-suite leaders brought together by McKinsey to address D&I issues affecting key sectors and geographies. Since 2020, Kathy was appointed to the Board of OutRight International, a leading international queer human rights organisation with permanent presence to advocate at the United Nations, and serves as one of two Asia-based board directors. Kathy has spoken at and participated in various panels on themes of equality and non-discrimination for the LGBTQ+ community. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, Kathy was listed in the OUTstanding Top 100 LGBT+ Executives Role Model List, a list compiled by diversity and inclusion organisation INvolve, and published by Yahoo Finance.
