Juggling between being a dancer, a videographer, an editor, and a teacher, McCoy brings to the table the best of his knowledge and experience to the table, in order to guide others as one of their own. McCoy aims to help grow and make dreams of aspiring dancers come to life in any way he can. The community comes first in his book, and he plans to give as much back to it as it has for him. 

J Platform was founded by Jessica Lim as a sole proprietorship company in 2013. She is a dance and fitness instructor herself since 2008. J Platform grew with word of mouth and the company expanded to become J Platform Creation Pte Ltd in 2014. 

As founder and director of DF Academy, Jacky hopes to inspire his students to love dance as much as he does, and he also hopes to bring them to the highest level of dance via the many structured and progressive learning and performing platforms provided by the school.
