Film music has had an illustrious history, and it is hard to imagine watching a movie or video without music. While we often have a field time praising or picking aapart acting, script, direction, cinematography, editing, etc., can we also do the same for the use of music in film and media? Join us for this film music analysis workshop as Alex Oh, one of Singapore’s most prolific composers, shares more about music and storytelling in film and media, its history, key developments and trends, as well as guides us in listening closely and analysing music in a variety of ways.
