Benjamin Wong is the co-founder of Kinobi, a career accelerator in Southeast Asia helping the emerging Gen Z workforce. He has been recognized as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 (2022) in Asia.

He has been a self-starter since a young age, from starting the school choir in primary school, to being the co-founder of The Mentoring Circle in university, and starting his first startup in Fintech out of junior college.

Benjamin will share his story along with tips on building and scaling a business as a young entrepreneur, and the importance of mentorship, critical thinking, and prioritising different areas of life. Through his work at Kinobi, Benjamin has helped over 400,000 students across Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines acquire the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers. Oluchi Ikechi-D’Amico is a Partner at EY, Head of Strategy & Transactions Capital Markets, APAC. She has led over 40 complex merger, acquisition, divestment, and strategic change programmes.

Having made Partner in just over 10 years since graduation, she is also the founder of two platforms, Fully Bossed and Bouncyn, which help individuals advance their careers through soft skills development and connect entrepreneurs, respectively.
