Drawing on her own experiences, she will share valuable tips on how to intentionally design a career you’re proud of, managing upwards and building a good relationship with your bosses, as well as practical tips on how to assess a company’s culture in order to craft a career you actually enjoy. She will also provide actionable advice to help you find meaning and purpose in your work and life.

Benjamin Wong is the co-founder of Kinobi, a career accelerator in Southeast Asia helping the emerging Gen Z workforce. He has been recognized as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 (2022) in Asia.

He has been a self-starter since a young age, from starting the school choir in primary school, to being the co-founder of The Mentoring Circle in university, and starting his first startup in Fintech out of junior college.

Benjamin will share his story along with tips on building and scaling a business as a young entrepreneur, and the importance of mentorship, critical thinking, and prioritising different areas of life. Through his work at Kinobi, Benjamin has helped over 400,000 students across Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines acquire the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers. He is passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential and making a difference in their lives.
