LOL (Languages of Love) by TLDR is an exhibition that explores the modern viewpoints of Love, as experienced by youths.  

This exhibition aims to innovate new forms of storytelling by fusing a conventional gallery space with modern cinema and to promote collaboration between different youth communities across diverse artistic backgrounds. 

The first work that greets you in this exhibition space is “We are all Pieces of Gum” – an immersive multimedia installation by the organizers themselves. This installation combines different art forms (visual art, sound art, literary art, and sculpture) to create a philosophical narrative about the pitfalls and temptations of Mania – the obsessive love for a separate person.  

Following TLDR’s installation, the team has also brought together an anthology of works by 10 different youth creators. Their works will be featured in their Youth Creatives’ Feature Space, with each artist bringing you their honest perspectives and heartfelt stories about love through their preferred artforms.  

Through this exhibition, TLDR hopes to present an intimate look into the joys and tribulations of love as experienced by youths today, thus celebrating Love and Relationships in all its complex and beautiful forms.
