Adele Goh 

Adele Goh

Adele is a Singapore-based independent dance artist working across different disciplines and formats in dance-making and performance. From 2013-2018, she was a full-time company artist with Frontier Danceland. In 2019, she was commissioned to create“​Disappearing Act” in collaboration with Germaine Cheng for ​M1 Contact Contemporary Dance Festival, ​which was selected to be performed in Odoru Akita International Dance Festival in Japan and Internationale Tanzmesse NRW in Germany. In 2020, she performed in ​​Back of the Bus ​by Java Dance Theatre for ​​Arts in Your Neighbourhood​​. Recently, she created a solo for ​​Artscience Late at Home ​and collaborated with award-winning Korean Artist, Kwon Hyuk ​for ​M1 Contact Contemporary Dance Festival​.  

Ricky Sim 

DANCE MENTOR

Ricky Sim’s career spans over 30 years as a professional dancer, choreographer and dance educator. He obtained a Masters in Fine Arts (Dance) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia and had previously completed his Diploma in Dance and Graphic Design from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and Temasek Polytechnic respectively. 

Gaining a reputation as a Director/Choreographer who is collaborative and provocative, Ricky works closely with practitioners of diverse backgrounds in an integrative manner. His notable choreographic works include Transparent Ground in Brisbane, Australia 2003; X-ray presented under Forward Moves by Singapore Arts Festival 2007; Visible 

Cities co-commissioned and premiered by Napoli Teatro Festiva-Italy and Singapore Arts Festival (Singapore 2009); It Appears That… commissioned by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay for The Studio series in 2010; Turandot with Teatro alla Scala 2011 and Interspace presented under Huayi – Chinese Festival of the Arts by Esplanade 2021. Under RAW Moves, Ricky has created Tease 2013; FREE 2015; X & Y 2018; and worked as a movement collaborator for Sounding Body; Alice, Bob & Eve; Ghost Call and Being, and Organs with local and international artists from Australia, Asia and Europe.

Albert Tiong 

DANCE MENTOR

Albert graduated from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts on full scholarship. He was a professional dancer with Cloud Gate Dance Theatre (Taiwan) and guest artist with Hong Kong Dance Company, resident Choreographer and training master for Frontier Danceland. In 2012. As a choreographer, he has participated in the Singapore Arts Festival, NUS Arts Festival, M1 Fringe Festival, Esplanade da:ns Festival, M1 CONTACT Contemporary Dance Festival, Colorado, Fukuoka, Macau, Shanghai, Busan and Brisbane. Recently, he was invited to carry out academic exchanges with the Beijing Dance Academy, Macau Academy of Performing Arts (Dance Academy).
